SECURITY ANALYST (Nationwide)

Position Summary: Primary work is with organizations requiring compliance and audit to HIPAA, PCI, NERC CIP, SOX, FISMA, ISO and other. Must be able to work  across many disciplines and be responsible for explaining solutions, process  and procedures. This role is the primary role interfacing with the client and impacts the customer experience for all the Liquid offerings. The Security Analyst  is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Statements of Work that will completely satisfy the client’s expectations as well as the client’s business and compliance requirements.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct or lead security/technology audits and assessments.
  • Contribute in a leadership role devising and implementing innovative approaches to compliance related requirements.
  • Consult with clients on functional and business requirements; develop Statements of Work.
  • Help make enhancements to existing software and products of moderate network and Internet  complexity.
  • Apply principles, theories and concepts, and use methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects related to moderately complex environments.
  • Provide technical support including troubleshooting, diagnostics and remediation to customers as required.
  • Participate in the development of a world class security practice.

Basic Required Skills and Experience/Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Senior level Security Consulting or equivalent experience (Minimum 5 years)
  • Knowledge of the PCI DSS, Self-Assessment Questionnaires, HIPAA, SOX, and general IT audit requirements
  • Recent QSA Certification and the ability to be re-certified required
  • Knowledge of SAS 70 procedures a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of technical architecture – firewalls, networks, wireless and internet
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to be both assertive and persuasive with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to prepare and evaluate network architecture and documentation.

Position Summary: Working with consultants, channel partners and end-user customers. This position provides pre-sales solution consulting and design services to meet the voice and data communication needs of clients around the world. Position will focus on technical development and implementation of solutions.

  • Assessing the information technology needs of customers and potential customers.
  • Developing and presenting solutions to meet customer needs; developing technical proposals.

IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT COORDINATOR (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio)

Position Summary: The Implementation Project Coordinator will be responsible for Planning, Execution, Control and Deployment of Carrier Services, Hardware Deployment and customer implementation projects.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing implementation processes.
  • Monitoring and managing orders.
  • Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments.
  • Creating and maintaining a project plan for each customer.
  • Creating a Statement of Work for each implementation, when appropriate.
  • Documenting installation steps and progress.
  • Documenting additional aspects of project schedules via Visio, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Completely owning and managing all aspects of the customer relationship throughout the hand-off and implementation process, including: hand-off from Consulting; proactive customer updates on milestones, delays, issues to resolve, etc; timely responses to customer questions and concerns; hand-off to Technical Support.
  • Maintaining a customer issue tracker for each implementation to track all issues and their progress.
  • Coordinating and forming solid working relationships with other departments, including Consulting, Help Desk, Engineering, etc.

Basic Required Skills and Experience/Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years project management experience.
  • Telecommunications experience required.
  • Ability to maintain strict professionalism in all client communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct hands-on experience supporting end-user customers in a Customer Operations position.
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation skills, influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills are essential and critical to successful management of projects at this level.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of carrier terminology needed.

FIELD SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (San Antonio, Houston, Dallas)

Position Summary: The Field Service Delivery Manager is responsible for establishing and managing all aspects of field service. This position oversees the identification, training, certification and quality assurance of an outsourced network of field service vendors and the internal technical resources. This position will collaborate with Consulting Services and Project Management to assure field service resources are leveraged to create revenue and supply critical services on time and within budget.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages the identification of potential Field Service vendors.
    Defines training and certification requirements for Field Service vendors.
  • Manages the integration of vendors into Consulting, Engineering and Project Management.
  • Designs and implements operational processes between Liquid Networx and outside vendors.
  • Serves as an escalation for technical and service support. Oversees technical issues through resolution, and keeps both vendor and internal organizations abreast of any changes in status.
  • Participates in cross-functional development teams for the design and implementation of new requirements, business processes or process/cost improvement efforts.
  • Designs and implements Quality assurance programs to assure the highest level of quality and complete customer satisfaction.
  • Assures documentation of processes, including workflows, procedures, policies, etc.
  • Establishes and tracks operational metrics, both for internal and external use, including (but not limited to):  time to install (circuits, routers, cabling connectivity); customer satisfaction; sales satisfaction; cost per install.
  • Provides visibility and reporting on Field Services to the executive team within the company.

Basic Required Skills and Experience/Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a service delivery environment (IT or telecom-related industry preferred).
  • 3+ years experience managing field services related departments including vendor management.
  • 2+ years project management experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver a high degree of client satisfaction through proactive technical support services.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new processes and procedures in a fast-growing company.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER II and III/UI DESIGNER (Nationwide)

Position Summary: Focus in the development of Call Center applications. IVR Application Developer.  Develop solutions across many disciplines and be responsible for explaining solutions and procedures. Owns the user experience of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications, both ASR (automated speech recognition) and DTMF (touch tone).  The UI Designer is responsible for ensuring that applications satisfy the user’s expectations for utility and ease of use, as well as the client’s business and branding requirements.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical support including troubleshooting and diagnostics to customers.
  • Partner in a team environment or be able to independently design, develop, code, test and debug new software or make significant enhancements to existing IVR software of moderate complexity.
  • Apply principles, theories and concepts and use methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects related to moderately complex software.
  • Consult with clients on functional and branding requirements, design call flows, write prompts and User Interface specification documents, develop grammars, coach voice talents, conduct both formal and informal usability tests and perform heuristic evaluations.
  • Consult with customers on VUI and ASR concepts, including call flows, grammar development, voice talent coaching, application tuning, and problem analysis.
  • Assume a leadership role in devising and implementing innovative approaches to voice application design and development.
  • Contribute to the development of a world class voice user interface design practice.

Basic Required Skills and Experience/Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Senior level development experience in enterprise level Microsoft ASP.Net/C#/SQL Server – XML/VXML.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to be both assertive and persuasive with clients and colleagues.
  • Must have a deep understanding of branding in the IVR environment, including personal development, audio logos, and other non-verbal messaging.
  • Audio production experience highly desirable.
