Liquid Networx network monitoring services keep you informed about your network’s status, availability, and performance. Our approach is proactive and comprehensive.

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) handles Tier 1 calls. They proactively look for open tickets that might be opened automatically as a result of sophisticated monitoring activities. The NOC monitors tickets, and triage any events that take place including disaster recovery and MAC.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 manage more technical issues, including backup of configurations, overnight replacement/spare hardware, as well as making recommendations for network changes or improvements.
